Not sure who is boss in this kitchen!

Most days you will find Richard in the kitchen working his magic behind the stove. He likes nothing more than to be experimenting with ingredients and new recipes which luckily we can enjoy together. The very successful recipes are then sent to the hotel for our kitchen staff to cook for our guests. He chooses all the fresh vegetables himself when he travels over an hour to the local shops in Pietermaritzburg. He will never let our driver do this job – he loves it so much.
